I have been playinng around recently with making breakfast sausage using my new meat grinder. Breakfast sausage is one of the simplest sausages to make. I am tweaking a recipe right now that is very heavy on garlic. The sausage will not be put into casings as I usually just make patties with it, or sometimes cook it crumbled for a pizza topping.
Here is the recipe:
Pork Butt (or Shoulder – same thing)

Garlic
+
Spices
Combine
Put into the fridge overnight.

Well, it has become apparent that Drupal was overkill for our site.
